The seminar is addressed to first stage researchers (before dissertation and with completed master's degree) and early postdocs.

Objectives:

Expand your own repertoire of interventions
Be able to deal with emotions calmly
Coordinate self-perception and external perception
Get to know important management tools

Shape your own role proactively
Giving and receiving feedback
Delegation of tasks
Recognizing and promoting employee skills
Recognize the limits of leadership
Motivation & demotivation
Perceiving and influencing team dynamics
Conduct a critical discussion

Methods:

Exchange of experiences between the participants
Individual and group work with individually tailored exercises
Practical role-playing games
Keynote speeches
Reflection on own experience

Group size: max. 12 participants

The workshop will take place online via ZOOM.

Several years of practice in an international law firm, representation of North American corporations in Austria, HR manager of an Austrian financial services provider, supervision of 6 Eastern European subsidiaries, executive trainer and coach since 2000
