Univ.-Prof. Dr. Daniel Ennöckl, LL.M.

Daniel Ennöckl has taken up the position of university professor at the Institute of Law as of September 1st 2021.

After studying law, Daniel Ennöckl worked in a law firm specialising in environmental law and human rights and passed the bar exam in 2002. In 2003, he moved to the University of Vienna, where he habilitated in 2012 with a thesis on data protection law and was appointed associate professor in 2013. In 2018, he founded the Environmental Law Research Unit at the University of Vienna. Daniel Ennöckl was already active as a lecturer at BOKU in 2014 and in the three semesters before being appointed professor there.
