Students who fulfil the requirements according to the profile of requirements can apply (requirements profile ) for the advertised topics to the respective supervisors. Students with the appropriate educational background and interest in writing a Bachelor's/Master's thesis or dissertation at the Institute of Waste Management can also contact the Institute by e-mail with their own topic proposals. The prerequisite for this is that the thesis includes relevant research aspects.

Requirement profile of the institute for theses
Master's theses that are carried out in connection with funded research projects of other institutions or at the request of industrial partners are usually funded with an amount of € 3000 + 25% university levy. This covers the expenses for the supervision of the theses by BOKU employees with third-party funding.
