BIOSS - Biosphere reserves as models for  science-society interaction to spur sustainability transformations in mountainous areas and beyond

BIOSS is an exciting new research project aiming to understand and analyze how biosphere reserves in mountainous regions can be used as models for new forms of science-society interaction to promote sustainability. By investigating the diversity of science-society interactions in biosphere reserves, BIOSS seeks to identify the most effective strategies for creating actionable knowledge and implementing the Sustainable Development Goals.
