This advanced training is aimed at all teachers at BOKU!

The advanced training can be credited within the framework of the basic certificate for university teaching (*BZH) for MODUL 1 "Basic Didactics".

This advanced training will also be held in german "Grundlagen des Lehrens und des Lernens an Hochschulen - Hochschuldidaktik" in the summerterm .


Diese Fortbildung richtet sich an alle Lehrenden der BOKU! 

Die Fortbildung kann im Rahmen des Basiszertifikats Hochschullehre (*BZH) für das MODUL 1 "Grundlagen" angerechnet werden.

Die Fortbildung wird unter dem Titel "Grundlagen des Lehrens und des Lernens an Hochschulen - Hochschuldidaktik" im Sommersemester auf Deutsch angeboten.

Objectives:

By the end of this seminar you will be able to 

define learning outcomes.
plan a course based on the constructive alignment.
design a course integrating main principles for learning.
revise an existing course design based on didactic principles.
apply techniques for reducing content (didactic reduction).
explain the difference between formative and summative assessment.
apply simple tools and methods for formative assessment.
assess students in line with the corresponding curriculum and examination regulations. 
integrate synchronous and asynchronous phases in a learning cycle.

Methods:

theoretical input phases with interactive teaching methods, individual work phases, group work and small group discussions,
plenary discussions

Maximum group size: 15 Participants

The training takes place in person or online via ZOOM.

Continuing education course to obtain the "Basic didactics certificate":

Workshop "Teaching Concept" of 4 hours will also be held in February.
