The BOKU Brew Crew is an initiative of students from different disciplines with a passion for brewing technology and the creation of different beer types. The Brew Crew is conducting regular brew days in the food technology pilot plant but also outside of BOKU in collaboration with numerous craft breweries. Based on creativity and solid brewing skills, the Brew Crew has repeatedly been distinguished with national and international awards.
