Christina Paulus
Christina Paulus studied in Vienna and at King's College London. She has been employed at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences since 1998 and heads the Lifelong Learning Department. The focus of her work is on national and international projects in the field of lifelong learning and quality assurance measures in the validation of non-formal and informal learning. 2012-2014 she was a nominated member of UNIKO in an expert group of NQF K2; since 2021 member of the NQF Advisory Board; AUCEN delegate at EUCEN; Chairwoman at EUCEN. Her other activities include expert opinion, consultation and committee work. She publishes and lectures on issues of lifelong learning and the organization of continuing academic education.
Marion Ramusch
Marion Ramusch studied at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences. Until 2018, she was working for the Learning Centre within the area of Lifelong Learning and has again been working in teaching development, in the area of Lifelong Learning, since March 2021.
Years of activity in national and international educational projects (planning and implementation), as well as membership in national and international networks (AUCEN, EUCEN, etc.), visits to relevant conferences and good networking contribute to her expertise in this field.
Expertise: Education projects (any age level), project management, international projects and networking, budgeting and calculations.

Martin Mayr
Martin Mayr studied at the Vienna University of Technology and works as a web developer and IT expert independently and at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences. In his voluntary work, he gained experience with international adult education projects and cooperation in international networks. His activist activities include food sovereignty, urban gardening, permaculture and social justice, as well as non-commercial server hosting.
In the Lifelong Learning Department, he is working on the implementation of the Validierungsverfahren in an online tool.
Expertise: Web technologies, online tools, group communication and collaboration, urban gardening and permaculture.

Vladana Vidric
Vladana Vidric is an environmental biologist and has been working at the Department of Lifelong Learning since 2019. Before that, she worked at the Institute of Agricultural Engineering. Her research focuses on finding and implementing new methods for quality assurance in the validation of non-formal and informal learning, as well as developing innovative courses and pedagogical approaches and methods for higher education institutions.
Expertise: Her expertise lies in the research, analysis and implementation of the Lifelong Learning approach as well as in the project management and implementation of the projects within the Erasmus+ programme.

Astrid Steinöcker
Astrid Steinöcker studies Romance Studies at the University of Vienna. Since 2021 she has been a student assistant at University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences in the area of Lifelong Learning.
She supports the Lifelong Learning team by writing and revising texts, as well as with formatting. She is also responsible for the creation of bibliographies and occasional translations.
